Cookie Notice

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. We also use similar technologies (like pixels, tags and local storage). In this notice, we call them all “cookies”.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to: (a) operate the site (load pages, secure forms, prevent fraud); (b) remember your preferences (language, cookie choices); (c) measure performance (which pages are used and how); (d) improve content and campaigns (aggregate analytics and attribution); and (e) personalise communications where you’ve consented to marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Types of cookies we use

• Strictly necessary (essential): Required for the website to function. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
• Functional: Remember choices you make to improve your experience.
• Performance/analytics: Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Advertising/marketing: Help us make our communications more relevant and avoid showing the same message repeatedly.

Legal basis

Essential cookies: our legitimate interest in running a secure, functional website. All other cookies: your consent. We only use non-essential cookies after you’ve opted in via the banner or preferences centre.

Your choices

Cookie banner: On your first visit, you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. Preferences centre: You can change your choices any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer. Browser controls: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (if you block essential cookies, parts of the site may not work). Email marketing: Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also contact us to update preferences.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by our service providers (for example, analytics, video hosting, and advertising partners). These providers may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure such processing is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. See each provider’s privacy notice for details.

Data we collect via cookies

Depending on your settings, cookies may collect device/browser details, approximate location (derived from IP), pages viewed, time on page, and events (e.g., form submissions). We also capture campaign/UTM information for attribution. We use aggregate reports where possible and avoid collecting sensitive information via cookies.

Retention

Cookies last for different periods. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them. We generally retain analytics data for up to 26 months, and server logs for approximately 12 months.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT). Because there’s no common industry standard, we don’t respond to DNT signals. Your best control is our Cookie settings and your browser options.
